Establish the Nation’s inherent and Treaty authority.

Elders, families, youth, leadership and community participate.

Draft
Sacred Circle translates the Nation’s direction into a comprehensive legal framework.

Validate
The Nation reviews and confirms the law.

Implement
Policies, regulations, procedures, forms and institutions are created.

Build Capacity
Staff, decision-makers, Circle Keepers and tribunal members are trained.
