Sacred Circle Justice Services does not claim copyright or ownership over the inherent laws, traditional knowledge, cultural teachings, ceremonies, oral histories or other intellectual and cultural heritage belonging to First Nations, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, families or communities.
Where Sacred Circle Justice Services develops laws, policies, governance documents or other materials specifically for a First Nation client, ownership, confidentiality and permitted use of those materials will be governed by the applicable agreement with that Nation.
